Witnesses reported four to five suspects who were in the process of forcing entry into a residence. The suspects were all dressed in dark clothing and at least one suspect was observed with a firearm.

The courthouse received a bomb threat sometime around 08:30 am resulting in surrounding streets being closed by police. The fire department has been dispatched and a K9 officer has been requested to the scene.
As of 09:40 the search using a k9 officer had been completed from the 5th floor down to the first floor.
