Male suspect in a black SUV approached a nine year-old female. The child was asked if she would help the suspect locate his lost dog. The child ran away and sustanined no injuries.
There was a previous report of attempted child luring earlier in the week in the area of Millmont Elementary School in Reading. The description of the suspect vehicle matched in both reports.

The courthouse received a bomb threat sometime around 08:30 am resulting in surrounding streets being closed by police. The fire department has been dispatched and a K9 officer has been requested to the scene.
As of 09:40 the search using a k9 officer had been completed from the 5th floor down to the first floor.

The suspect in the robbery is a black male, wearing a black mask and tan jacket who displayed a hand gun and fled the scene with approximately $50.00 in cash.
