WPXI reported a Pa. State Police trooper attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver failed to yeild and subsequently crashed. The driver made a second attempt to flee as troopers were removed him from the wreck which caused one of the troopers to be dragged. Troopers shot at the suspect, wounding him in the arm and was apprehended at a later time upon attempting to seek medical care at a hospital.
