Lower Moreland Theft … The owner of Eastern Regional Ambulance reported Jan. 26 at noon that a theft from one of her ambulances had occurred, police said. The owner said she last saw the ambulance, which was parked on Tracy Road, secured Jan. 25 at 3 p.m., police said. The following afternoon, she found the swing doors to the vehicle opened and the windows shattered, police said. Several items such as an AED device, oxygen tank and related medical equipment and supplies were also missing, police said. Authorities observed surveillance footage and saw a man in dark clothing walk toward the passenger side of the vehicle and a few minutes later leave the scene, police said. The footage also shows a car pull up next to the ambulance and a few minutes later leave, police said.
