Oct. 17, 2014 ARREST
Police responding to a call found the victim on the sidewalk with a stab wound to the torso. The victim was transported to the hospital where he died.
A suspect has been identified (see below)

OCT.5 (Fairview, York Co) 00:10 INVESTIGATION: HOMICIDE / SUICIDE

500 block of Benyou Lane
Police were called the scene of a disturbance and upon arrival witnessed a man take a woman behind a storage shed, police report gunshots were heard immediately afterward.
Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.

OCT.4 (Lower Macungie, Lehigh Co) 23:45 INVESTIGATION: HOMICIDE

1037G Village Rd
Victim was found dead of apparent gunshot wound in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Witnesses report seeing a dark-colored SUV, possibly a Nissan Pathfinder fleeing the scene.

OCT.4 (Upper Merion, Montgomery Co) 07:10 SHOTS FIRED / HOSTAGE SITUATION / SWAT ACTIVATION

300 block of Warner Rd
A woman reported being held against her will the morning of Saturday, October 4 and had made her escape through a window of the suspect's home. Immediately after her escape there were numerous reports of shots fired in the dwelling.
The suspect was taking into custody shortly after the arrival of police.

Victim of arson was pronounced dead due to smoke inhalation. The victim's home had been fire-bombed twice previously.

Suspect robbed a bank and fled on foot. While fleeing pt is reported to have changed clothes.

OCT.3 (Pottsville, Schuylkill Co) 11:00 SCHOOL LOCKDOWN / TERRORISTIC THREATS (Updated 12:25 pm, Oct.5, 2014)

Breaking News Network is reporting a threat phoned into the Schuylkill County Courthouse threatening to attack an unspecified school if the courthouse is not closed. The courthouse was closed at noon.
The Morning Call reported that the courthouse received two threatening voice mails from a man claiming affiliation with a terrorist organization (not identified.) Some area schools were placed on lockdown while others were dismissed early
UPDATE:
Police have identified a suspect and have obtained a confession. The suspect is currently in Schuylkill County Prison on $500,000 bail..

Two suspects forced a female victim into her room after answering a knock at the door. A cellphone, computer and cash were reported taken prior to the suspects fleeing in four-door vehicle.

Breaking News Network reported that two black males armed with handguns took cigarettes and an undetermined amount of cash, fleeing the scene on foot.

SEP.30 (Butler, Luzerne Co) 16:20 ROBBERY - BANK

Rt. 309 / National Penn Bank
Suspect entered the bank and jumped over the teller counter and took an undetermined amount of cash, then fled in what was later discovered to be a stolen vehicle from Scranton. The vehicle was located on Wednesday, Oct.1st

Two suspects entered the residence wearing bandanas covering their faces. One of the occupants in the home was physically attacked with a pump while another was tied up by the perpetrators. $1500.00 in cash was taken from the victims.

(Montgomery Co) SCAM ALERT

In recent weeks the Police Department has observed an increase in phone scams to Township residents.  These involve someone posing as a representative of PECO.  They advise that an account is past due and immediate payment is demanded often through a Visa Green Dot Money Pak.  The Police Department wants to remind all residents that PECO will never call you and ask for money over the phone.  If one of these scammers contacts you, immediately hang up and contact PECO at 1-800-841-4141.  Then call the police department so the incident can be documented and investigated.

Detectives are investigating an armed robbery at the Outback Steakhouse at 322 Ridge Pike which occurred at approximately 10:50 p.m. Sunday.

According to a press release issued by Plymouth Township police, three employees were confronted by two gunmen as they were leaving the establishment after closing.
