Accused of fatally a shooting 24-year-old in the 1500 block of Market Street on Nov. 13. Suspect was arrested in February after fleeing to Florida and is charged with criminal homicide, reckless endangerment, and a firearms offense.
Arraignment is scheduled for May 27.
