| Advisory: Name Released in Fatal Manheim Township Industrial Accident Dear Nixle User, On 7/01/16 at 10:22 A.M., Southwestern Regional Police Officers responded to Eastern Caisson Incorporated in the 8100 block of Intersection Road, Manheim Township for a man trapped under a truck axle. Actions were taken to assist the man, but he could not be saved. Jeffrey Lee Small, a 55 year old resident of the 100 block of Spring Avenue in Hanover, died at the scene.
