Mar.17 (Philadelphia) 14:50 ARMED SUBJECT / ATTEMPTED KIDNAPPING / ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER
Suspect boarded the Broad St Line subway at Spring Garden St and was observed with a gun. The suspect then attempted to take an infant from a woman. A SEPTA Police Officer responded and waited for the suspect at the Fairmont Ave stop. Upon arrival the suspect attacked the police officer three times who was then aided by citizens in apprehending the man
