Suspect exited his vehicle and used an ice cream cone to lure a nine year-old girl. Suspect attempted to grab the child as she fled.
Suspect Description:
White male, late 40's / early 50's, 5'5" in height, mustache and beard, medium build
Black baseball cap, white hoody and black shoes
White older model Chrysler Sebring with black roof
