Penn Ave (location where suspect was apprehended)
Domestic dispute resulting in a call to police that suspect had left location of dispute to obtain a gun with intentions of returning. Caller left Formosa Way location. SWAT responded and searched the original scene but the suspect was not found. Police apprehended the suspect at a nearby location on Penn Ave.
