Police presence is increasing in the area in anticipation of the Grand Jury announcement of the Michael Brown investigation in Ferguson, IL
Protesters in Philadelphia left City Hall and proceeded down Market St and stopped briefly at 17th St & Chestnut.
At approximately 21:45 the group of approximately 100 protesters began marching towards Philadelphia Police headquarters
Protesters have remained orderly and peaceful. Police radio traffic has been largely routine.
