POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Kimberly Owerzani, age 22, of Levittown PA, was arrested Friday, April 22, 2016 at 3:12 PM at Forsythia Crossing, Levittown PA, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Alessandro Ferranti, age 21, of Morrisville PA, was arrested Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 1:45 AM on Neshaminy Street, Langhorne PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

RETAIL THEFT

Jennifer Melissa Greer, age 31, Levittown PA, was cited Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 11:39 AM at J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft.

FRAUD

Victoria Gill, age 55, of Holland PA, was arrested Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 12:05 PM for her actions on 4/25/16 at Dental Excellence on Middletown Blvd, Langhorne PA, for Fraud, Forgery, Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Receiving Stolen Property.

THEFT OF SERVICES

Robert K Eaton, age 58, of Trenton NJ, was cited Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 12:10 AM at TGI Fridays Restaurant on Middletown Blvd, Langhorne PA, for Theft of Services.


CRIMES

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY - RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 4/22/16 at 2:37 PM that sometime between 4/20/16 and 4/21/16 unknown actor(s) attempted to gain entrance to the residence on Monroe Avenue, Langhorne PA, through a backyard window by way of prying it open. No entry was gained.

BURGLARY – RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 4/23/16 at 9:24 PM that unknown actor(s) smashed through the rear glass door of the residence on Taylor Drive, Langhorne PA. Items taken were a pellet gun, an old single barrel 20 gauge shotgun, and an old Remington model 1100 shotgun. No value of the theft given.

BURGLARY – NON-RESIDENTIAL

US 1 Pharmacy on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 4/26/16 at 10:11 AM that unknown actor(s) gained entrance to the business by cutting the hinges on the back door. The alarm panel and camera cables were disturbed and/or cut. Taken was the security safe for the narcotics. Value of the theft is unknown at this time.

Newtown Friends School on Langhorne-Newtown Road, Langhorne PA, reported on 4/27/16 at 9:13 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) forced their way into the gym through a chained door. Damage to the door is estimated to be $6,500.00.

THEFT
Aquilones Cucina on Bristol-Oxford Road, Levittown PA, reported on 4/23/16 at 3:17 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) removed the air conditioning unit from the rear of the business. Value of theft $2,000.00.

THEFT RETAIL

Forever 21 in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 4/25/16 at 4:34 PM that an unknown black male, slender build, entered the store with an empty Forever 21 shopping bag, then filled it with items throughout the store and left without paying for them. Value of merchandise taken estimated to be over $200.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 4/27/16 at 7:10 PM the sometime between 5:00PM this date and the time of this report, unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked 2009 Nissan Rogue while it was parked in the parking lot of Planet Fitness on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA. Taken was a yellow Calvin Klein tote bag containing her driver license, T-Mobile smartphone, and various credit cards. Value of theft $200.00.

Victim reported on 4/28/16 at 9:03 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked Toyota Rav4, parked in the driveway of the residence on Twin Oak Drive, Levittown PA. Taken was a blue Vera Bradley wallet, valued at $60.00, containing $40.00 cash, PA driver license, and personal items. Value of theft $100.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 4/27/16 at 8:48 PM that unknown actor(s) shot up the left side of his residence on Center Street, Levittown PA, with BBs. A side window was struck multiple times, breaking the exterior pane of glass. There is no estimate on the damages.
