Mar.5 (York Co) APPEAL / LIFE SENTENCE: HOMICIDE

At age 15 the defendant killed a man during the commission of a robbery in July 2010 and was sentenced to life in prison. The case was appealed to Superior Court and it was ruled that the case be returned to York County Court for resentencing.
