Mar.7 (Northampton Co) VERDICT: GUILTY - STRAW PURCHASE OF A FIREARM
Defendant was found guilty of of Conspiracy to Commit Persons not to Possess Firearms after the purchase of rifle that was later provided to a person that could not legally own a gun. The individual that took possession of the gun later used it in the homicide of Sheriff's Deputy Kyle Pagerly on June 29, 2011
