Mar.7 (Old Lycoming, Lycoming Co) 10:00 AUTO THEFT (of a Police Car)
Suspect stole a privately-owned pickup truck then fled on foot. Police pursued the suspect on foot who then absconded with a police car. Both the police car and the suspect were located in Williamsport
