Driver of vehicle failed to yeild to a traffic stop by police resulting in a pursuit. Police positioned a patrol car to block the driver's access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike at which time the driver of the vehicle allegedly rammed the police car, not once but twice. The driver was apprehended in Ocean County, NJ.
