“armed subject” … teenager armed with an AR-15, unsure if weapon is loaded,
possible suicide attempt. Teenager stated demons wanted him to commit suicide.
Father was at work at time of call. EMS was also dispatched.

ordered road closure for County Line Rd between Pine Rd and Buck Rd utilizing
officers from Upper Southampton and Lower Southampton.

Communications advised that Cheltenham PD inquired whether a negotiator was
required. County Communications was advised that a negotiator would be
appreciated. PD [25.S4] also advised County that he was currently on the phone
with the father

advised County they were enroute as SWAT and recommended a full-team call out
due to officer availability.

County Communications that the father informed hime that his wife is at the
house with the son and confirmed the house color and description.

advises that Bucks County snipers have been notified as well as a Montgomery
County full-team callout

they have taken positions at both the front and rear of the residence.

informs County that Pine Road Elementary has been placed on lock-down

inquires of PD [25.S4] whether there is confirmation of the son and mother both
being inside the house. PD [25.S4] reports that they do not have confirmation
but they are proceeding on that assumption. PD [25.S4] also informed County
that they are attempting to make contact with the mother and son to see if they
will come out of the house. Units are
confirmed in place with eyes on the front of the house.

Advised County Communications that the mother and son are going to come out of
the house. Two officers were assigned to meet the pair and check for weapons.

The Police then moved the teenager into a patrol car and proceeded to "clear" the house.
