Report of DEA Agents requesting back up. Actor is a light-skinned b/m who now fled scene driving a silver Lincoln with paper license and heavy damage to rear of vehicle. Suspect reported to have crashed into several parked cars prior to fleeing. No reported injuries as of 19:19.
