MANOR STREET / NEW DORWART ST / HIGH ST / FAIRVIEW AVE / LAFAYETTE ST
Police observed a stolen vehicle traveling on Manor St. Upon attempting to stop the vehicle the driver failed to stop. During the pursuit the suspect struck a utility pole. Both the driver and a passenger attempted to flee on foot but were apprehended according to LANCASTER Online.
