12TH ST / HAMILTON ST
Report of shots fired at vehicle attempting to leave scene of an argument. Vehicle occupant sustained minor gunshot wound and drove to Lehigh Valley Hospital. Shell casings were located at the scene.
Suspect description: Black male, 20's, 5 feet / 6 inches, 180 lbs wearing dark blue hoodie and dark blue jeans
