20:00 (Regent Square, Pittsburgh) CARJACKING / PURSUIT / SUSPECT APPREHENDED

According to WTAE, and SUV crashed after a police pursuit. The driver fled on foot but was apprehended by police. Drugs and a gun were found in the vehicle.
