Jared James Williams, 26 yo, of Newell, PA and Michael Joseph Young, of Finleyville, PA were charged by Southwest Regional Police with, Access Device Fraud- Use Anothers Device w/o Authorization, Criminal Conspiracy Engaging. Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition in relation to an incident on the 25th and 26th of March 2016. Charges were filed with District Judge Richard Kasunic of Star Junction.
