POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Alexander Joseph, age 25, of Morrisville PA, was arrested Friday, April 29, 2016 at 4:03 AM at the WaWa Superstore on Bristol Oxford Road, Langhorne PA, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Sean Harbison, age 29, of Fairless Hills PA, was arrested Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 12:51 AM on E. Lincoln Highway and S. Woodbourne Road, Langhorne PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

RETAIL THEFT

Nymirah Collins, age 22, of Trenton NJ, was arrested Friday, April 29, 2016 at 6:15 PM at J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Conspiracy, and Possessing Instruments of Crime.

Latoya NcNeil, age 27, of Trenton NJ, was arrested Friday, April 29, 2016 at 6:15 PM at J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Conspiracy, and Possessing Instruments of Crime.

Jasmine Showell, age 27, of Trenton NJ, was arrested Friday, April 29, 2016 at 6:15 PM a J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Conspiracy, and Possessing Instruments of Crime.

Michael Anthony Dunyan, age 27, of Philadelphia PA, was cited on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 6:30 PM at Sesame Place on Sesame Road, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Ronald Raymond Comegno, age 52, of Burlington NJ, was arrested Friday, April 29, 2016 at Brian's Harley Davidson on S. Flowers Mill Road, Langhorne PA, for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY

Ryan William Shard, age 38, of Newtown PA, was arrested Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 11:13 PM on E. Lincoln Highway and US Rt 1, Langhorne PA, for Receiving Stolen Property.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

Joseph Martinez-Escobar, age 24, of Bristol PA, was arrested Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 11:31 PM in the parking lot of the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road, Levittown PA, for False Identification to Law Enforcement, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession or Distribution of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

CRIMES

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – VEHICLE

Victim reported on 5/1/16 at 10:49 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) keyed the driver side door of her 2012 Toyota Rav4 on Hollybrooke Drive, Langhorne PA. Damage estimated at $700.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 5/1/16 at 4:01 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked 2006 Honda Ridgeline which was parked in the driveway of the residence on Adams Avenue, Langhorne PA. Taken was a $130.00 Rita's gift card. Value of theft $130.00.

ATTEMPTED THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 5/3/16 at 2:07 PM that sometime while she was parked in the parking lot of the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, unknown actor(s) smashed out the driver side window of vehicle. Nothing appeared to be taken. No estimate given for damages.
