RETAIL THEFT

Nicole Marie Walker, age 27, of Newtown PA, was arrested Friday, Many 13, 2016 at 4:04 PM at T J Maxx Department Store on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Nakyla Shanaya McCloud, age 20, of Bensalem PA, was arrested Friday, May 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM at J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING

Matthew Scott Gulick, age 32, of Bristol PA, was arrested Monday, May 16, 2016 at 4:13 PM on Calicobush Road, Levittown PA, for Theft by Unlawful Taking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Harassment.

THEFT OF SERVICES

Lauren Elizabeth Furey, age 21, of Oakford PA, was cited Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 1:23 AM at the Great American Diner on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Theft of Services.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Brandan Shayne Boltersdorf, age 27, of Levittown PA, was arrested Monday, May 16, 2016 at 1:09 AM on Middletown Blvd, Langhorne PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

David Jenner, age 32, of Langhorne PA, was arrested Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 6:30 PM at the Langhorne Square Shopping Center on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for providing False Identification to Law Enforcement and Public Drunkenness.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS

Patricia Elizabeth Strain, age 25, of Feasterville PA, was cited Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 6:30 PM at the Langhorne Square Shopping Center on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for providing Public Drunkenness.

Patricia L Burke, age 53, of Langhorne PA, was cited Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 10:47 PM on Parkway Avenue, Langhorne PA, for Public Drunkenness.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

Ryan David Weaver, age 31, of Jonestown PA, was arrested Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 2:57 PM at Today Inc. on N. Woodbourne Road, Langhorne PA, for Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.

Victim reported on 5/13/16 at 1:01 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked 2009 Hyundai on Tinder Road, Levittown PA 19056 and took $1.00 in change.

Victim reported on 5/17/16 at 5:15 PM that sometime between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM unknown actor(s) removed an unattended backpack leaf blower while he was performing landscaping work on E. Old Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA. Value of theft $500.00.

Victim reported on 5/18/16 at 4:45 PM that sometime between the Fall of 2015 at the time of this report unknown actor(s) entered an unlocked outdoor shed on Heaton Mill Road, Langhorne PA. Taken was a Dolphin Pool Robot $1,100.00, an Echo Chainsaw $299.00, a tent $430.00, an Echo weed wacker $200.00, and an Echo trimmer $359.00. Value of theft $2,388.00.

Victim reported on 5/18/16 at 6:09 PM that unknown actor(s) removed cash from her unattended wallet which she left in a changing room at Charlotte Russe in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA. Value of theft $300.00.

Victim reported on 5/19/16 at 6:50 PM that unknown actor(s) removed an unsecured black and gray 24" Roadmaster mountain bike on was on the front porch of the residence on Green Meadow Drive, Langhorne PA. Value of theft $100.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 5/13/16 at 8:34 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered his 2007 Kia that was parked in the driveway of the residence on Turf Road, Levittown PA, and took loose coins. Value of theft $5.00.

Victim reported on 5/13/16 at 10:17 AM unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked 2003 Ford Escape that was parked in the driveway of the residence on Towns Road, Levittown PA, and removed a red Canon camera, a TomTom GPS, and a black case containing spare change. Value of theft $200.00.

Victim reported on 5/14/16 at 8:19 PM that unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked 2009 Honda Odessy while it was parked in the parking lot of United Artists Theater on Middletown Blvd, Langhorne PA. Only items that were taken appeared to be his vehicle registration documentation and vehicle insurance card.

Victim reported on 5/15/16 at 9:04 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) removed his Husqvarna chainsaw from the rear bed of his 2001 Ford F350 that was parked in the driveway of the residence on Carter Avenue, Parkland 19047. Value of theft $600.00.

Victim reported on 5/19/16 at 7:23 PM that unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked Honda vehicle that was parked in the Oxford Valley Mall parking lot on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA. Taken was $15.00 in change, an iPhone charger $10.00, and sunglasses $15.00. Value of theft $40.00.

Victim reported on 5/19/16 at 9:13 PM unknown actor(s) removed his wife wallet from the glovebox of his Mercedes parked in the parking lot of United Artists Theaters on Middletown Blvd, Langhorne PA. The wallet contained a small amount of cash, ID, and credit cards. No value given.

ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT

The H&M Store in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 5/14/16 at 1:42 PM that an unknown black male and black female were concealing merchandise inside of bags. The two subjects abandoned the bags when they realized they were being observed and left the store. Value of the merchandise was over $1,000.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – VEHICLES

Victim reported on 5/16/16 at 8:38 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) slashed two (2) driver side tires on her 2003 Dodge Neon while it was parked on the street in front of Long Loop Road, Levittown PA. No value given on damage.

Victim reported on 5/19/16 at 6:43 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) shattered the back window of her 2001 Ford Escape on Center Street, Levittown PA. No value given on damage.

BURGLARY – RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 5/16/16 at 1:10 PM that unknown actor(s) entered the residence on Terrace Road, Levittown PA, by breaking a window. Taken were various pieces of jewelry and numerous credit cards. No value of the theft given.
