DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Edward David Barr, age 29, of Philadelphia PA, was arrested Saturday, May 28, 2016, at 2:20 AM on Veterans Highway and W. Frosty Hollow Road, Levittown PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

Kenneth Glen Williams, age 33, of Murfreesboro TN, was arrested Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 11:24 PM on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

RETAIL THEFT

Tayla Terryn Jones, age 26, of Philadelphia PA, was arrested Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1:42 PM at T J Maxx Department Store on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft, Unlawful Possession of Retail Theft Instrument, and Receiving Stolen Property.

Deyanna D Thomas, age 26, of Philadelphia PA, was arrested Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1:42 PM at T J Maxx Department Store on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft, Unlawful Possession of Retail Theft Instrument, and Receiving Stolen Property.

Davisha A Craig, age 21, of Trenton NJ, was arrested Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 3:45 PM at the H&M Store in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

Dearra N Hearns, age 19, of Ewing NJ, was arrested Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 3:45 PM at the H&M Store in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

Christine Ceresina, age 33, of Trenton NJ, was arrested Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 4:34 PM at J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

David M Worth, age 36, of Trenton NJ, was arrested Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 4:34 PM at J C Penny in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS

Joshua Kulchinsky, age 25, of Langhorne PA was cited Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 3:21 AM on W. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.

Scott Reday, age 54, of Bristol PA, was cited on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at 12:01 AM on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Public Drunkenness.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Durson Mehmet Donuk, age 26, of Levittown PA, was arrested Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 10:27 AM in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Scott Nagy, age 28, of Langhorne PA, was arrested Monday, May 30, 2016 at 7:53 PM on Wychwood Lane, Langhorne PA, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

CRIMES

RETAIL THEFT

Macy's Department Store in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 5/27/16 at 1:44 PM that an unknown black female entered the store, selected two (2) Polo hats, two (2) Polo collared shirts, and two (2) pairs of Polo jeans, then left the store without paying for the items. Value of merchandise $472.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 5/28/16 at 6:01 PM that unknown actor(s) smashed the driver side window of his 2012 Mercedes-Benz while it was parked in the parking lot of Sports Authority on E. Lincoln Highway, and took a Marc Jacob pocketbook containing numerous credit cards and $2,000.00 cash. Value of theft $2,600.00.

Victim reported on 5/29/16 at 9:36 AM that unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked 2015 Toyota Highlander while it was parked in the parking lot of the Red Robin Restaurant on Middletown Blvd, Langhorne PA, and took her purse containing a debit card, driver license, checks, and assorted other items. No value given.

Victim reported on 5/29/16 at 1:25 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked 2005 Honda Pilot on Canoebirch Road, Levittown PA, and removed her wallet and purse. The purse and wallet were found lying on the ground underneath the vehicle but the contents were missing. Taken were a PA driver license, credit cards, ATM card, gift cards, Social Security card, and approximately $50.00 in cash. Value of theft $100.00.

Victim reported on 5/31/16 at 7:11 PM that on 5/28/16 unknown actor(s) had broken window of her vehicle while it was parked near Macy's in the Oxford Valley Mall parking lot on E. Lincoln Highway and took her purse and its contents and a bag containing teaching supplies. Value of theft $50.00.

THEFT

Victim reported on 5/30/16 at 7:58 PM that unknown actor(s) removed unsecured items from the front lawn of the residence on Chancery Road, Langhorne PA. Items taken were a Britex child car seat $350.00 and a walker $450.00. Value of theft $800.00.

Victim reported on 6/3/16 at 9:20 AM that unknown actor(s) removed a UPS delivery of four (4) tire rims, shipped in four (4) separate boxes, from the front door of the residence on Cardinal Road, Levittown PA. UPS records showed the items were delivered on 5/9/16. Value of theft $879.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 5/31/16 at 1:37 AM that unknown actor(s) just drove by his residence on Oakland Avenue, Langhorne PA, and knocked his mailbox off its post. Value of loss $100.00. **Middletown Township Police found that two (2) other residences on Oakland Avenue had also had their mailboxes damaged. No value on those losses available at this time.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Baps Swaminarayan Temple on S. Woodbourne Road, Levittown PA reported on 5/30/16 at 7:06 PM that sometime over the weekend unknown actor(s) drove around the parking lot in a Caterpillar heavy duty fork lift damaging a portable basketball post and backboard as well as a large storage container in the rear parking lot. Value of damage to the basketball equipment $600.00. Value of damage to storage container is unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – VEHICLES

Victim reported on 5/31/16 at 12:10 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) broke the driver side mirror on his 2012 Nissan Altima that was parked on Juniper Drive, Levittown PA. Value of damage $300.00.

Victim reported on 6/1/16 at 2:03 PM unknown actor(s) shattered the rear window of a 2007 Acura MDX, parked on Beechwood Avenue, Langhorne PA, with a golf ball. Value of damage $500.00.

BURGLARY – NO FORCE – RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 6/1/2016 at 1:30 PM that unknown actor(s) entered their apartment at the Racquet Club Apartments on Veteran Highway, Levittown PA, through the unsecured front door. Taken was a PlayStation 3, a PlayStation 4, 12 video games and two (2) pairs of sneakers. Value of theft $1,500.00.
