| Community: Last Chance to get your 2015 Fallen K9 Heroes T-Shirt Dear Nixle User, BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND Only 72 Hours Left to get T-Shirts for Friends and Family to show Support of our Fallen K9s of 2015 and help get Protective Vests for K9s Blue Alert Foundation and Blue Line Across America wish to purchase ballistic vests & heat alert systems for K9 Officers who currently serve as a tribute to the 26 K9's who were lost in the line of duty during 2015. In 2015, 26 K9 Officers gave their lives in the line of duty from across the country. Gunfire contributed to 4 of these losses; 1 as the result of stabbing. Eleven others were lost as the result of heat exhaustion. We wanted to create a 'walking' tribute to honor these fallen K9 heroes. We also want to take advantage of this opportunity to protect as may of our K9 Officers as resources will allow. Proceeds from your t-shirt memorial purchases will be used to outfit as many of our four-legged warriors as possible. This design was created by Blue Line Across America, working in cooperation with the Blue Alert Foundation.
